Change of the Mark or Classification

Proprietor of a trademark has the legal right to change the mark itself or the classification it refers to. In order to guarantee continued legal protection, every changes and modifications should be formally registered.

1. A power of attorney certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
2. Certified copy of change of mark or classification document.
3. Valid Iranian registration or renewal certificate for endorsement.
4. Changes of the mark itself requires ten samples of the new mark.

2. Certified and legalized copy of change of address document.
3. Valid Iranian registration or renewal certificate for recordal of change of address.

1. Certified and legalized power of attorney by the Iranian Consulate.
2. Certified and legalized change of name document.
3. Valid Iranian trademark registration or Renewal certificate for endorsement.
