Assignment of Trademarks For taking legal effect, assignment and licensing of a trademark should be registered and recorded.
Requirements for recordal of an assignment or license agreement are:
- A power of attorney signed by the assignee and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
- Certified and legalized assignment document.
- Valid Iranian Certificate of Trademark registration or renewal for endorsement.
