Renewal of Trademarks A trademark may be renewed for every 10 years from the date of the original application for from six months before expiration date and there is a six month grace period after the expiration date.
The required documents for renewal of a trademark are:
- Certified and legalized power of attorney by the Iranian consulate.
- A copy of the Iranian Certificate of Registration or Renewal.
