Assignment of Patents Inventor or discoverer is authorized to assign or transfer the patent and any legal interest in it to a third party. A patent can also be consigned through inheritance.
Requirements for the assignment of patents are:
- A power of attorney signed by the Assignee and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
- Certified and legalized assignment document.
- Certificate of the granted Iranian patent for endorsement.
