Full or partial payment of patent annuities at the granting time is possible.
The Iranian Industrial Property Office has recently announced that full or partial payment of annuity fees is feasible and might only be paid at the time of issuance of the registration certificate.
In case of payment of five annuities, a discount of %5, for ten annuities, %10, for fifteen annuities %15 and for full payment of annuities, %20 discount on official tax is available.
